By Installing the product, Mailbox Filter, you indicate your acceptance
of the Statement of Copyright Restrictions.

The Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. program, Mailbox Filter, that you have
downloaded/registered/purchased is copyrighted by Triumvirate Technologies,
Inc. and your rights of use and ownership are subject to the limitations
and restrictions imposed by the copyright laws and the international treaty
provisions as outlined herein.

It is against the law to copy, reproduce, or transmit (including without
limitation, electronic transmission over any network) any part of the program
except as provided by the Copyright Act of the United States (Title 17, United
States Code), or, if you are outside the borders of the U.S., the Universal
Copyright Convention of Geneva and the copyright laws of your country
(collectively, the "Laws"). However, you are permitted by Triumvirate
Technologies, Inc. to make one back-up copy of the program (or to transfer
the program to a single personal computer hard disk and keep the original
copy as a back-up) subject to the following restrictions: 

     A. The back-up copy must be treated in the same way as the original
        copy purchased from Triumvirate Technologies, Inc.; 

     B. If you ever sell or give away the original copy of the program,
        the back-up copy must also be sold or given to the same person,
        or destroyed; and

     C. No copy (original or back-up) may be used while any other copy
        (original or backup) is in use without the purchase of an
        additional EULA or EULA's.

If you make a detachable media back-up copy of the program you should place
the copyright notice that is on the original copy of the program on the back-up
copy of the program or in the least, you hereby agree to immutably and visibly
note on it that it is Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. copyrighted software. You
are not licensed to make any modification to the executable program, as to do
so would be construed as an act of industrial sabotage, prosecutable under
several civil and criminal jurisdictions.

THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, if at all, only according to the terms of the
license agreement. Except as noted therein, Triumvirate Technologies, Inc.
hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software,
including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

IN NO EVENT, shall Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. and/or its respective
suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages
or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits,
whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action,
arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our software
and/or documents or the sublicensed software and/or documents included
within, provision of or failure to provide services, or information
available from our web site.

IN ADDITION, Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. provides access to the email
servers of "Proprietary System Services", such as, but not limited to:
AOLTM, MSNTM, HotmailTM and YahooTM. These Proprietary System
Services can change their software at any time, thereby effecting your
ability to access them. Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. shall not be held
liable for any such instance of service problems due to their email service
configuration changes. Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. shall do everything
within jurisdictional legal restrictions and the usual, customary and
reasonable practices of business, to restore the access to their service(s),
with our software. At no time or under any condition, and notwithstanding any
implications, does Triumvirate Technologies, Inc., warrant continuous or
uninterrupted access to these services. The sole liability of Triumvirate
Technologies, Inc., in such regard, is to make a ''Best Effort'' to restore
such access in a timely manner.

IN THE EVENT that access to any "Proprietary System Services" cannot be
restored within 30 days, a notification will be posted on the Mailbox Filter
Website, to that effect, and all trial users will be notified by email, as
to the status of that service. This license is thusly limited in providing
email access to AOLTM, MSNTM, HotmailTM, YahooTM, and any other
Proprietary System Services, and is therefore, subject to access being
permitted by these email service providers. Should any of these Proprietary
System Services become unavailable within 30 days after purchase, a refund
of license will be granted upon request within 90 days of the date of your
purchase. After such time, no refund of the license fee will be granted.

ALL SUPPLIERS of integrated products, transfer media, support software and
function documentation to Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. are held harmless
by the actions of Mailbox Filter or Triumvirate Technologies, Inc., except
as noted in any and all legal contracts, licenses, sublicenses and agreements
made in, with, by, to or on behalf of Triumvirate Technologies, Inc.

THE USER AGREES that Mailbox Filter's software and documentation is the sole
property of Triumvirate Technologies, Inc. and/or its suppliers and shall
agree to respect and not remove, obliterate or cancel from view any copyright,
trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary notice, mark or legend
appearing on or in the software, documentation, containers or media.

THE USER AGREES that upon termination of their License by process of refund,
to refrain from the use of Mailbox Filter's software and documentation until
such time as they may repurchase the software by making payment of the full
retail price and a one hundred U.S. dollar reinstatement fee. The user further
agrees that a Continued or Re-use of the software after such refund has been
received, and before such repurchase and reinstatement has been paid,
constitutes a willful intent to defraud Triumvirate Technologies and renders
the user legally subject to prosecution and financial restitution up to the
fullest extent of Triumvirate Technologies' jurisdictional fraud and copyright
infringement laws.

THE USER AGREES not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile
the software or documentation, or any portion of it, or let anyone perform
the same. Use of the license acknowledges and allows the collection of
performance statistics only. And just so you realize exactly what
performance statistics are collected, by clicking the "Statistics" button
on the "Control Center" screen, you will see the same numbers that we do.

The above is not an inclusive statement of the restrictions imposed on you
under the Laws. For a complete statement of the restrictions imposed on you
under the Laws, see Title l7, United States Code. If you are in any doubt
as to whether your proposed use of the program is prohibited, you should
